Refund policy

We want you to love every Nuva product. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@nuvaskin.org with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be applied to your original payment method.

Items that arrive damaged or defective qualify for a free replacement or full refund — please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
